Hi! I’m Amy.
I’ve been working off and on in the world of nutrition for 20+ years, and one thing is clear to me: I love educating people about the science of nutrition, the impact healthy eating has on our lives, and how improving our relationship with all foods is the key to finding happiness and peace with our plates and our bodies.
My approach is multi-faceted. Since I come from a clinical background, I help clients identify what might be missing from their diet and then we work together to add what might be lacking.
I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and therefore use the principles of Intuitive Eating to help clients build (or rebuild) a healthier relationship with food.
*I am currently not taking any clients at this time, but you can learn more about evidenced based nutrition information and intuitive eating on my blog and my instagram @amybaer_nutrition.
What if you could redefine how you feel about food and your body? Learning that nourishment is a form of self-care and that the foods we eat (all foods) can bring not only good health, but happiness and joy, are all part of gaining confidence around eating and becoming an intuitive eater.
